On a recent project I was working on, I added a list of images, and there were buttons on the bottom to scroll left and right. They were nice and clean, but the client wanted them to add some dynamic flair to the website and asked me to make them auto-scroll as well, i.e. when someone visits the website, the images will auto-scroll.
When I built this with code, I realised that it would be much easier to implement it with Wix Studio! So, let's learn how easy it is to build with Wix Studio.
Building Auto-Scroll with Wix Studio:
Start by creating a new Wix Studio project with a blank canvas.
Create a new Wix Studio project. Add Wix Studio Pro gallery by going to "Add Elements" -> Media -> Pro Galleries. Then, drag and drop the gallery you are interested in.
Add Pro Gallery to your website. Right now, the gallery is manual, i.e. you need to click the buttons on the left and right for the images to change. It works, but let's make it more dynamic.
Static Gallery Enable slideshow by going to settings -> Layout -> Slider -> Customize Layout and enable "Slide Automatically" and select continuous (optional),
Enable auto-scroll gallery Voila! You now have a scrolling image gallery that will bring your website to life!
